With the end of September rapidly approaching, there's not much time left to land that doormat you've been searching for this summer. FishinJersey's newest advertiser, S&S Bucktails has joined with FishinJersey.com to give you a reason to get out there this month and give it a couple of more tries to see if you can land that trophy along with some great prizes.

The FREE, NO ENTRY FEE Tournament is named the "Fall Fluke Challenge". It is very easy to enter and it costs you nothing to enter. Should you bring a fluke over three pounds to be weighed at one of our local bait and tackle shops, just ask for an entry form and fill it out. THAT'S ALL THERE IS TO IT!! Now the bait and tackle does have to be one of our official weigh stations...and if yours isn't, ask them why! Tell them to call us to get in on the action.

S&S Bucktails is teaming up with FishinJersey.com to sponsor the First Annual FishinJersey.com "Fall Fluke Challenge".

The man behind the Fall Fluke Challenge is none other than Stan Gola, owner of S&S. S&S Bucktails is a New Jersey bucktail manufacturer that has some terrific lures for fluke, stripers, sea bass  and other species. Their BigEye series is their latest creation and along with their rattling bucktails and a ton more models, they've been responsible for some really big fish this summer! You have probably seen their bucktails in your local bait & tackle. However, if you have been unable to find them, just visit Bills Bait & Tackle on Long Beach Island or stop in at Creekside Outfitters in Waretown who keeps them in stock. The "Fall Fluke Challenge 2014" Fluke Tournament began on Friday, August 15, 2014 and will end on Saturday, September 27, 2014 at 6:00 PM. All fish must be caught in NEW JERSEY STATE WATERS and all NJ Fishing Marine Regulations apply. All anglers must possess a Federal or New Jersey Saltwater Registration Card. Fish must be landed by means of rod and reel ONLY.

There will be ONE overall winning fish and the weight of the fish, NOT the length, will determine the Grand Prize Winner. The HEAVIEST fluke weighed at a FishinJersey.com OFFICIAL weigh station will be determined the GRAND PRIZE WINNER. However, make sure your fish weighs at least 3 pounds which is the MINIMUM weight for fluke (summer flounder) in order to be entered in the "Challenge".

ONE SINGLE GRAND PRIZE will be awarded by FishinJersey.com. The angler weighing in the largest fluke will receive a $150.00 Bucktail Package from S&S Bucktails, as well as a 10' Tsunami Rod and Reel Combo with a FishinJersey.com "Goodie Bag" of FishinJersey.com merchandise and apparel.
