Official Rules

1. No purchase is necessary. The contest is void where prohibited. Contest begins at 12:00 AM EST on Saturday, January 3, 2015 and ends at 12:00 AM EST on Saturday, February 28, 2015. Weekly entries will end each Friday at 11:59 PM. Entries received after that time will be entered into the following weekly drawing.

2. Fans will enter by searching the web site to find ANY WINTER WARM-UP AD on the web site. The ads are hyperlinked to the interactive entry form. You may only enter one entry form per day.

3. OneWinter Warm-Up Giveaway winner will be selected by the FishinJersey.com editors in a random drawing of names from all eligible entries received during each week in January. The winner will be notified by email within the next four weeks following the drawing. It is the responsibility of the winner to pick up the prize or provide a mailing address for delivery. If necessary, postage will be paid by FishinJersey.com.

4. Odds of winning depend on the number of total eligible entries received during each month. Prize includes: one (1) FishinJersey ceramic Coffee Mug per weekly winner.

5. To claim the prizes, the winner must be a legal resident of the United States. If the winner is a minor, the prize will be awarded to the minor's parent or legal guardian. All minors picking up prizes must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In the event a winner does not claim the prize, or is deemed ineligible, the prize will become available for the following week's drawing.

6. The prize is non-transferable and no changes or substitutions by the winners are allowed but FishinJersey.com reserves the right to substitute prizes with prizes of equal value. By entering, the winners consent to the use of his/her online or actual name and likeness on the FishinJersey.com web site, Facebook page and/or Twitter account without any compensation. Minors may be used only upon the signing of a release by their parent or legal guardian. By participating in the contest and submitting an photo entry, each entrant agrees to (i) be bound by these Official Rules, including all entry requirements, and (ii) waive any and all claims against FishinJersey.com, Lifebox Photo Video Design Services, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, representatives and advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the contest, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, "Released Parties") for any injury, damage or loss that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the participation in the contest or from the receipt or use of the prize (or any portion thereof).

7. Employees of FishinJersey.com, Lifebox Photo Video Design Services and their immediate family members are NOT eligible to win the prizes. FishinJersey.com advertisers whose company has not provided the contest prize and are not associated with the prize for that drawing, are eligible to enter.

8. This contest is void where prohibited by law and subject to federal, state and local regulations. FishinJersey.com and Lifebox Photo Video Design Services are not responsible for, and shall have no liability for lost, late, undelivered or misdirected entries.

9.FishinJersey shall disclose the winners as required by law.
